Cornerstone Community Capital LLC name represents the following:

Principle: The cornerstone is essential to the foundation of a masonry structure. Establishing cornerstones provides authenticity, meaning and accountability to oneself and toward others. It also symbolizes the foundational principles of the company founded through integrity, commitment, and the dignity of the individual.

Relational: Just as an entire structure is joined together out of many ‘stones,’ multifamily is joined together through a community of individuals providing investors, residences, and colleagues excellence in customer service. It is through partnerships and teamwork, not by one’s own efforts, that enables all of us to reach our goals.

Functional: Capital is the functional aspect to the company name acquiring sustainable assets over a long-term time frame.

Cornerstone Community Capital LLC focuses on acquiring multifamily properties that are under-performing. We purchase based on actual performance to increase the net operation income while improving the quality of life for our residences in the Greenville SC, MSA markets. We build equity through leverage and velocitize money through refinancing our properties in order to reinvest into other properties. With a buy and hold strategy, we focus our frame work around buy right, manage right, and finance right business model that cash flows today and appreciates for tomorrow.
