Located on a brownfield, Equity 1 envisioned a new retail center in the heart of Nassau County. The program consists of two-structures, a one-story building and a two-story buildings with an underground parking structure. Four smaller outparcel building were constructed around the site. LEED Silver was awarded for excellence of building efficiency as well as land use transformation through the use of in-situ remeditation, bioswales, and subsurface drainage mitigation.
